HOMECOMING QUEEN NOMINATIONS
Nomination Policies:
•Any recognized campus organization is eligible to nominate a candidate(s). Each organization can nominate as many candidates as it desires.
•There will be a $25 fee for EACH nomination.
•Make checks payable to The Bear Den
•The candidate must be a UCA student.
•Individual nominee photographs will be taken Tuesday, Sept. 29 in the East McCastlain Fireplace Room for the voting display. Each nominee must have her picture taken by our photographer! No other pictures accepted.
•All nominations must be turned in to Julie Bernard in Student Center 207 by 4 pm., Friday, Sept. 25.
•When you turn in your nominee(s) form, you will be given a Homecoming Queen Nominee Information sheet.
HOMECOMING COURT VOTING
Oct. 7-9, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.,

ONLY students are eligible to vote and a current UCA Student ID must be presented when voting. A maximum of three votes may be cast; however, you are limited to one vote per candidate.

2-6 p.m., Stadium Park parking lotDonate $1 to smash the car for one minute.
BANNER COMPETITION
Banners must be displayed by 2 p.m. on Oct. 24, along the end zone fence on Bruce St. facing stands. Banners should be creative, adhere to “Can’t Hide Your Bear Pride” theme and prominently display the name of the organization. Winners will be announced during the 3rd quarter in student section.Entry Deadline: Sept. 25, 2009

TAILGATE CONTEST
The UCA Athletic Department will be judging tailgates to see which spot has the most “Bear Spirit”. The winner will be announced during the 3rd quarter of the football game and will receive the Homecoming Tailgate Traveling Trophy. Judging will begin promptly at 3 p.m. There is no fee or form to participate.
