Interviews will be held November 23 and 24, 2009. Times and rooms to be determined.  Sign-up sheet will be posted on McAlister 101 Art Office door.

Baum Gallery-Annual Student Competitive

Sponsored by the  UCA Department of Art

On View: Thursday, March 11th- Thursday, April 4th, 2010

Receptions: 4-6pm on Thursday, March 11th and 2-4pm on Sunday, March 14th

• students deliver art work with completed entry form to the Baum Gallery on or before 5pm on March 5th
• accepted works are posted on the gallery door, Monday, March 8th by 5pm
• students retrieve unaccepted works on or before Wednesday, March 10th
• all works to be retrieved by 5pm Friday, April 2nd
• unretrieved works are transported to the Schichtl Studio Building hallway

Baum Gallery- BA/BFA Juried Senior Exhibition

Works in all media by graduate candidates in the UCA Department of Art

On View: Thursday, November 12th - Thursday, December 3, 2009

Opening Receptions: 4-6pm on Thursday, November 12th; 2-4pm on Sunday, November 15th

• student mailing lists due to the Art Office by Tuesday, October 6th (must use form provided on websites)
• group does bulk mailing on Tuesday, October 27th in the Baum Gallery at x-period
• work is due in gallery with final inventory sheet and artist statement and labels on cd on or before Firday, November 6th by 5pm
• installation is Monday and Tuesday, November 9-10th, beginning at 9am
• students retrieve work by 5pm Friday, December 4th, 2009
• unretrieved works are transported to the Schichtl Studio Building hallway
