My background is in the areas of plant physiology and cell biology. Currently my major research interest is in studying the inter-relationships between UV-B radiation, anthocyanin pigments and photosynthesis in developing oak leaves. Additionally, I am interested in the effect of environmental stress (particularly temperature stress) on seed germination. I am also heavily involved in integrating computer technology into biology education.
