Office of the Dean

	Dr. Rollin Potter Dean Rollin R. Potter joined the UCA campus in 2004 after serving in administrative positions in New Jersey, Minnesota, and most recently was the founding director of the School of the Arts at California State University, Sacramento. He brings welcomed new ideas and goals for the College of Fine Arts and Communication.
	Dr. Gayle Seymour Associate Dean Dr. Seymour has been a member of the UCA faculty since 1986 and is an art historian. She received her PhD from the University of California Santa Barbara. Dr. Seymour believes that UCA offers students the finest arts education available in the region.
	Donna Lampkin Stephens Director of Publications and Community Relations Donna Lampkin Stephens arrived at UCA in 1999 as a lecturer in journalism. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and UALR and looks forward to her new role with the College of Fine Arts and Communication as director of publications and community relations.
	Penny Hatfield CFAC Director of Development Penny Hatfield joined the UCA family in January, 1986 as the director of public appearances. UCA and the Conway community have offered her opportunities to work on everything from phonathons to 5Ks to Toad Suck Daze and United Way. She loves UCA and the artistic opportunities it offers staff, faculty, students and the community.
	Michael Castens Administrative Office Specialist Michael joined the CFAC staff in 2006 and brings enthusiasm to the College of Fine Arts and Communication. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and enjoys meeting new people and the vibrant social atmosphere of the campus.
