The most extraordinary thing about the UCA Music Department is its astonishingly well-qualified faculty. The 30 full-time and 10 part-time faculty members carry credentials from the most prestigious graduate institutions in the country.

In fact, it is probably fair to say that the music faculty at UCA is unique among universities in the South. These faculty members remain actively and nationally engaged in performing and research, and are dedicated to bringing to their students the benefits of their superb training and broad experience.
