In fact, it is probably fair to say that the music faculty
at UCA is unique among universities in the South. These
faculty members remain actively and nationally engaged in
performing and research, and are dedicated to bringing to
their students the benefits of their superb training and
broad experience.
The acclaimed ensemble and solo performances of UCA music
students reflect this faculty dedication. Students can pursue
the Bachelor of Music degree in either performance or music
education, or the Bachelor of Arts degree in Music with
a minor in technology, business or another field. At the
graduate level, the Master's degree has majors in performance,
conducting, music theory, and music education.
