* Communication - There are three forms of everyday communication:
* Listening
*Speaking
* Non-verbal

This program will discuss the importance of each and provide exercises to improve in each.

$90 Before October 31, 2008
$100 After October 31, 2008

Cost includes: Light refreshments, instructional materials, and certificates of completion. Lunch will not be provided. Thank you.

CEU's will be available: 5.5 contact hours credit or .55 CEU's

Trainer:

Charlotte Strickland is the Education Seminar Coordinator at the University of Central Arkansas. She provides educational trainings for University employees as well as various student populations. Her topics include Sexual Harassment, Diversity, Customer Service, Supervisory Skills, Leadership, and more. For over twenty-five years Charlotte has worked in Higher Education coordinating Orientation, Ethics and Leadership academic courses, Greek training and Leadership training seminars. In 2002 Charlotte founded her own company, Strickly Speaking. In addition to college campuses, her audiences include churches, civic groups, state/federal agencies, and corporations. Charlotte enjoys speaking immensely and approaches each audience with energy, enthusiasm, and sincerity. Her goal is for each person to leave the presentation with personal value, a renewed spirit and hope for whatever facet of life he/she is dealing with.
