The Computer Science Department at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) invites applications to fill one tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor level to start in Fall 2010. Applicants should have a PhD degree in computer science and/or computer engineering. All fields will be considered, however, applicants who complement current department strengths will be given preferential consideration. A strong commitment to excellence in teaching and to research involving students is expected.

The department offers BS (accredited by ABET) and MS degree programs and enjoys strong support from local corporations. UCA is committed to excellence in undergraduate and graduate education.
