MINOR CHECKSHEET
FAMILY AND CONSUMER SCIENCES
Eighteen (18) hours of Family and Consumer Sciences
(FACS) are required for a minor and may be selected from any area of FACS and
approved by the department chair.
At least three hours must be upper division credit hours. The student may choose to concentrate
the hours in any one emphasis area, however, ALL PREREQUISITES MUST be
completed PRIOR to enrolling in each course.
A MINIMUM of 2.00 GPA in all FACS courses is required
for completion of the FACS minor.
