HISTORY:
The Robert M. McLauchlin Graduate Education Fund
was endowed as of December 1995. Dr. Robert M.
McLauchlin was Dean of the Graduate School and
Director of Sponsored Programs from 1990 until his
death in October 1995. He came to UCA after serving
as interim Dean of the College of Education, Health
and Human Services at Central Michigan University.
Rosemarie
Dickinson and Angie Renee Elizandro have been
awarded the McLauchlin Scholarship for 2007-2008
academic year.

Recipients of Robert M. McLauchlin Graduate
Scholarship
CRITERIA:
The fund provides scholarship for graduate
students who have been admitted with full
qualifications to a graduate program at the
University of Central Arkansas or who are
continuing in good standing in a graduate program.
New recipients of the scholarship must be enrolled
for 9 or more credit hours. The scholarship is
renewable for the second semester with a graduate
grade point average of 3.0 and continuation of
full-time study. Selection is based on academic
performance, school and community involvement, and
need.

submitted early in the spring semester of each
year. Selections are made mid-spring for the
following fall semester.
