III. New program proposal for the Master of Science in Nursing Degree Program Outreach to Arkansas Tech University. Graduate courses are already in place.

Vote to approve was unanimous.

The next scheduled Graduate Council meeting will be in September. An agenda will be distributed the first week of September.
