As chair of the Department of Health Sciences, I am happy to welcome you to our website.  The Department offers eight degree and two pre-degree programs to enable students to gain knowledge and skills needed for various health professions.  Departmental faculty eagerly inspire our students to embrace higher learning through effective teaching, advising and mentoring.  These faculty strive for excellence in a friendly atmosphere conducive to meeting students’ needs.
