Agenda included:

1. Meeting was called to order at 1:40 p.m. by Dr. Sally Roden, Chair
2. Minutes of the October 16, 2007 meeting were approved as circulated.
3. Chair Roden welcomed new members to the council: Sondra Gordy, Marc Hirrel and Sheila Stroman.
4. Dr. Burley, Interim Chair of Subcommittee II, moved to recommend approval of two new courses; MGMT 3365 – Transportation and MGMT 3375 – Supply Chain Management. Dr. Horton seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Chair Roden informed the committee that any new minor programs, that come before the council, do not need approval by the Academic Planning and Assessment Committee.

Conversion of courses to on-line delivery:

1. ECON 2320 – Principles of Macroeconomics
2. MGMT 3305 – Social Issues in Management
3. MIS 3321 – Managing Systems and Technology
