Administrative PoliciesSeries: 300Policy Number: 321 Policy Name: Maximum Number of Credit Hours - Baccalaureate and Associate Degrees Adoption Date: 10/95 Revision Date: 5/97 Policy Text: The maximum number of credit hours required by the University of Central Arkansas for the Baccalaureate degree shall be 130. Any course of study requiring more than 130 credit hours for the completion of the Baccalaureate degree must be specifically approved by the Board of Trustees. The Board approved the Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy (144 hours) effective on May 9, 1997. The maximum number of credit hours required by the University of Central Arkansas for the Associate degree shall be 63. Any course of study requiring more than 63 credit hours for the completion of the Associate degree must be specifically approved by the Board of Trustees. The Board approved the Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assisting (64 hours) effective on May 9, 1997. This shall be implemented effective no later than June 30, 1997.
