Administrative Policies
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is composed of seven members appointed by the Governor and approved by the Arkansas Senate. Board members may be appointed from any part of the state. They serve seven-year terms with one member's term expiring January 15 of each year.
The Board meets quarterly. Special meetings may be called as needed.
