| NOTE: Some of these classes may be strenuous. We strongly recommend that you have a physical examination before participating in any of these classes if you have not exercised in a while, are not accustomed to regular physical activity, or are recovering from a recent illness, accident or surgery. We also strongly suggest you check with your doctor if you have a diagnosed disease (diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, cancer, obesity, etc…) before participating in any form of exercise. |
| NOTE: All classes must maintain "AT LEAST 5 PARTICIPANTS" on a regular basis. Any class whose attendance drops below 5, for a two-week period will be cancelled. |
| All classes are free to all UCA students, staff, faculty and paying spouses of each. No need to sign up for a class. Just drop in and have a great workout! |
