Early Childhood and Special Education
Summer Enrichment 2009
The purpose of Summer Enrichment is to provide students with enrichment in academic areas in which they are experiencing challenges. The program is designed to meet an individual child's instructional needs in an enjoyable and motivating environment. Summer Enrichment is for those currently receiving special education services entering grades Kindergarten through eighth. For a printable version click here.
Waiting List: The sessions for both age groups are currently full. To inquire about the waiting list, please contact Dan Barrington or the department secretary at one of the numbers listed below.
Program Information

| Location: | *Children (K through 3) will be in Mashburn 120. |
| *Children (4th through 8th) will be in Mashburn 203/204. | |
| (Mashburn Hall is on UCA's campus off of Farris Road.) | |
| Time: | 9:00-12:00 (Monday through Thursday) |
| Cost: | $60.00 per student (nonrefundable) |

Registration Procedures
- The Parent Application should be completed and returned with a check in the amount of $60.00 made payable to Department of Early Childhood and Special Education, UCA.
- The School Report should be completed by the student's special education teacher and returned to the Department of Early Childhood and Special Education, UCA.
- Upon receipt of the Parent Application, School Report, and tuition check, the student's name will be placed on our enrollment list for summer session. Parents will receive notification of acceptance.
REGISTER EARLY: The session is limited to 15-20 students! A place will not be reserved for a student until all three items underlined have been received.
