Super Kids: Four, one-week sessions: June 6-10, June 13-17, June 20-24, and June 27-July 1.
UCA Super Kids is a one-week science-based summer program offered to entering first, second, and third-grade children. The 2011 curriculum includes Young Astronauts, Young Meteorologists, and Young Explorers. UCA Reading Success Center: June 13 – July 8

University Challenge: July 11 – July 15
UCA University Challenge is a one-week science based summer program for students entering fourth, fifth, and sixth grade. The UCA Challenge summer program is designed to offer students an exciting, hands-on curriculum not offered in many schools. The 2011 classes are “Bring on the Body Bugs,” “Help I’m sinking,” and “Superpower Science.”

Summer Enrichment: July 17- August 12
The purpose of Summer Enrichment is to provide students with enrichment in basic skill areas in which they are experiencing challenges. The program is designed to meet an individual child’s instructional needs in an enjoyable and motivating environment. Summer Enrichment serves students (K through 8) with mild disabilities currently receiving special education services.

Tutoring for Middle Level Students: TBA

We The People: The Citizen and the Constitution Summer Institute
June 27-28
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Mashburn Hall, UCA
The We the People Summer Institute is a two-day professional development program on the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. The educational institute focuses on history and principles of the constitutional government, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and fosters civic competence and responsibility among elementary, middle, and high school students in public and private schools.
