UCA is no longer offering Pathwise training.  Pathwise is being phased out by the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) and is being replaced with the Arkansas Induction Mentoring Model (AAIM) which will begin in the fall of 2013. This new mentoring model will remain firmly rooted in Charlotte Danielson’s Framework for Teaching.  The current Novice Teacher Induction Mentoring Program will remain as is through the 2012-2013 school year.
