Candidates in COE programs are expected to regularly check their UCA e-mail account. It is through this account that important information will be communicated and solicited. If desired, candidates can set up their UCA e-mail to bounce into a separate e-mail account (i.e. hotmail, yahoo). Instructions for this process are linked here.
