Faculty and Staff Network Account
This form provides us the information needed to create a new account for a faculty or staff member. The account provides access to the Novell network, GroupWise email system, iFolder, and URSA.
Student Employee/Graduate Assistant Access
This form is to request access for student employees, both graduate assistants and normal student workers. Access can include a GroupWise mailbox, pool drive access, or GroupWise proxy.
Faculty and Staff Network Account Removal
Department heads can use this form to provide the informatiom needed to proactively remove a network account.
Department Mailbox
In the Groupwise system we can create a mailbox that is assigned to a department rather than an individual person. It can provide a generic email address for a department, and authorized persons within the department can access the email in the mailbox.
IP Address Assigment
Request a static IP address.
This form provides the information required for us to assign a static IP address for a networked device.
Install a New Data Line
Use this form to arrange to have a network data line installed where none exists now.
Connect an Existing Data Line that is not currently connected to the network
Not all installed data lines are connected to the network. There are more data lines on campus than there are network connections available, so they cannot all be connected. If you have a data line that is not connected use this form to provide the information needed to get it connected.
Note: If no dataline is present submit the "Install a New Data Line" request.
Create a New Blackboard Course Shell
The Blackboard Learning System is software that allows educational institutions to create and host courses on the Internet. Courses created with this software can serve as entire online courses or as a supplement to traditional classroom courses.
