Bear Village offers a two- bedroom apartment with a shared living space, bathrooms, and a kitchen. There will be four students in every apartment.

Features of Bear Village Apartments include two full baths, washer/dryer units, cherry cabinets, tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms, microwave above stove, black appliances, dishwasher and pantry. Select apartments have French doors in the living room. Shuttle service provided to the heart of campus Monday thru Friday.

Located in the center of Bear Village apartment complex is the Bear Village C-Store. It opens everyday, stop by for all your shopping needs, including frozen foods, beverages, snacks, microwavable meals, candy, cookies, crackers, and health and beauty products.

What About Security?
UCA is committed to your safety and Bear Village will provide 24-hour access to the UCA Police Department. You should always lock your room and keep your key, not loaning it to anyone else or hiding it somewhere around the building. Report potential security problems to the Residence Life Staff or the UCA Police.

Room Decor
Students may personalize their rooms with items from home. Many residents add rugs, posters, small tables, lounge chairs, storage units, televisions, computers, and stereos.

Staffing
Two Residence Coordinators, who are graduate students in the College Student Personnel Services & Administration masters program, live in an apartment within the buildings and manage the complex.

Ten Resident Assistants, who are upperclass undergraduate students, live in the apartment complex. Resident Assistants help the Residence Coordinators with administrative concerns, resolving conflicts, responding to crisis, enforcing University policies and helping residents with personal problems.

The maintenance staff repairs routine problems from 8:00am to 4:45pm and is on call for emergencies.
