Donnell Ridge offers two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit has living space, bathroom, and kitchen.

What About Security?
Security is a shared responsibility between students and the University. UCA is committed to your safety and Donnell Ridge Apartments will provide 24-hour access to the UCA Police Department. You should always lock your apartment and keep your key, not loaning it to anyone else or hiding it somewhere around the building. Report potential security problems to the Residence Life Staff or the UCA Police.

Staffing
The apartment complex is staffed with a Resident Assistant that assists with administrative concerns, resolving conflicts, responding to crisis, enforcing University policies and helping residents with personal problems. The Family Residence Coordinator also lives nearby and is available during office hours and by appointment.

Decor
Married/Family Housing apartments are unfurnished and residents are responsible for furnishing their own apartment.

Other Information
Utilities are not included in the rent, $200.00 deposit required in advance. Donnell Ridge are two story town house style apartments.
