Judicial Board

About Judicial Board
The Judicial Board (JB) hears non-suspendable offenses of Residence Hall, Apartment Complex, or University policy that occur within the residence halls and apartment complexes. Following testimony from witnesses, JB carefully considers the violated policy and the facts of the incident. The members of the JB then find the resident either in violation or not in violation of a policy and, if necessary, decide upon sanctions to recommend to the Vice President for Student Services.

The JB is made up of at most 32 residents, 2 from each residence hall and 8 apartment representatives. Members are chosen through an application and interview process, with interviews being conducted by the Judicial Coordinator.
