Institutional Research

The Office of Institutional Research reports institutional data to the state and federal government.  We maintain archived data on our institution.  We help provide data so that the campus can make informed decisions and plans for the future.

Factbook is the most popular publication that the Office of Institutional Research does, which is completed at the end of each Fall semester.

A quick fact sheet on enrollment and other data is Bear Facts, which gives a quick overview of UCA enrollment for the past five years.  This publication is made every Fall and Spring semester after the state mandated reports are finished and finalized.

Nationwide institutions complete the Common Data Set, which entails a wide variety of information from enrollment to financial aid information.  This information is mainly used to complete US News and World Report America's Best Colleges survey, along with College Board and other entities surveys.

If you would like to request information that is not currently present on our web site, please click on the link to the left, Information Request.  The form will be sent to our staff, so that we can better assist you.  If you have any questions about the data present on our web site or if we have certain archived data, please feel free to contact our staff on the link to the left titled Staff.
