Administrative
The Director of Information Technology is Terry Brewer. Besides the listed divisions IT also provides program management for the laptop initiative, scanning services and mainframe operations.

Audio Visual
The IT Audio Visual division provides equipment and support for audio visual equipment for various UCA functions. These services are available to all faculty, staff and approved student organizations.

Banner
The IT Banner division performs database administration, provides support for Banner modules and the Luminus (URSA) portal as well as multiple add on systems that interface with Banner.

Desktop Support
The IT Desktop Support division provides technical assistance to end users of IT services. This includes telephone, on location and depot support. Some level of assistance is available to all areas of the UCA campus.

Distance Education
The IT Distance Education division provides equipment, services and support to enable distance learning implemented by the various academic department on campus.

Networking
The IT Networking division is responsible for planning, design, installation, problem resolution, and general operation of the campus network, its associated infrastructure and services.

Programming
The IT Programming division provides technical services to the campus primarily in support of Banner.  Including writing reports, data cleanup, process implementations and improvements, problem resolution and design and/or implementation of other products and services to supplement Banner.

Web Development
Web Development manages the Luminus Contenet Management System campus wide to maintain a cohesive look and feel for the entire UCA web presence.
