The ADA Nutrition Care Manual is published by the American Dietetics Association. The Nutrition Care Manual is consistent the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services� Interpretive Guidelines for the Hospital Conditions of Participation. NCM also meets the Joint Commission�s Hospital Accreditation Standards 2007. Additionally, NCM has been named the preferred diet manual by the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program.
