Recognizes students, organizations, and staff on campus that have been hard working and have contributed to the University of Central Arkansas community.

What is an Of the Month?
* An Of the Month or and OTM is a nomination that recognizes a person or a group for doing an amazing job during that particular month.

Who/What can be nominated?
*Any one on campus an advisor, faculty, staff, student, or program as a whole.

When are nominations due?
*Nominations are due online at 12a.m. of the 5th of the month following the month the person or group is being recognized. (I.E. To nominate someone in January, you must submit the nomination by 11:59:59 p.m., February 5th).

How to submit a nomination:

*Please visit the following website: http://otms.nrhh.org.

* Click on General to make nominations for an individual, group, or program to make a nomination for an event on campus.

* Choose University of Central Arkansas from the list of schools * Complete the nomination form and click  SUBMIT!!!

OTM Due dates for every month:

     * Campus OTMs are due the 5th

     *Campus OTMs are sent to  SWACURH the 10th

     *Regional OTM winners are sent to the GLACURH schools the 17th      

     *Regional OTMs are sent to the NRSO on the 17th

     *National OTMs are announced on the 24th

Advisor

*Limited to advisors of the residence life organizations:

- Hall Councils

- RADC

- RHA

- NRHH

Bulletin Board

*Any Bulletin Board in a residence hall or on-campus apartment

Community

*Any group of two or more people:

- a floor or Living community

- Hall Council

- An Executive Board

Custodial/ Maintenance

     * An employee of the university who works in the residence halls

Desk Attendant

  *Students who work at the check-in desks of residence halls

Executive Board Member

   * Limited to ResLife organizations only, i.e.:

*Hall Councils

* RHA

* NRHH

Faculty/Staff

 *A professor or university staff member

First Year Student

 *Includes transfer students in their first year at UCA

Graduate Assistant

 *A Graduate Assistant in the department of ResLife

Organization

*Any organization impacting the residence halls, i.e.:

*Hall Councils

* RHA

* NRHH

                * PRISM

               * Wellness Advocates

RA

*Includes your RAs 

Roommate

    *Your on-campus roommate

Spotlight

    *Someone who doesn’t fit into any other category, i.e.:

           *Dining service staff

Student

* This category is primarily for students who are involved in organizations outside of residence life. The   

    following people do NOT fit into this category:

*First year students

                * Executive board members (of RHA, NRHH, Hall Council, or RADC)

                * RAs

Community Service Program

      *A fundraiser or philanthropic activity

Educational Program

 * A program that seeks to educates students of members of the UCA community

Social Program

   *A social function in the residence halls, or for resident students

Diversity Program

   *A program that promotes and/or supports diversity.
