If not currently a student at UCA, have submitted an Undergraduate application to UCA. |

Have requested hard-copy (paper) transcripts of any courses not taken at UCA to be sent directly to the Department of Nursing. |

Have read the following documents. |

Have completed and submitted the Generic/Traditional BSN application form (with application fee) to the Department of Nursing. The application for 2012 will be available, January 15, 2012. For the 2011 application, contact the Department of Nursing, 501-450-3119. |

Have submitted a non-refundable application fee of $50 with the completed application form (check or money-order made payable to UCA Department of Nursing). No Cash Accepted |

Have scheduled the computerized exam required by the Department of Nursing through the UCA Testing Center. (Information & Instructions) Dates and times for 2011 are: 11:00 am or 2:00 pm on February 28 to March 3; March 7 to March 10; and March 14 to March 17. |
