Country Assignments
Please plan to send 4 to 8 delegates per requested country assignment. If you would like to be assigned more than six countries, please use a second registration form (see additional notes below).

Notes: If your high school has been pre-assigned countries, you should enter those countries as your 1st choices above. If your high school has not been pre-assigned countries, you should look at the country assignment page on the AMUN website to find out which countries are still available. Then fill in at least two choices for each country assignment for which you are registering. We will post the country assignments on the AMUN website once we have made the assignments.

Observers
Will you be sending "observers" to the conference?
If yes, which of the requested country assignments above are intended as "observer countries"?
Notes: You may choose to send observers, rather than delegates, to the conference. Observers will need to be assigned to a specific country, which you should request on this registration form. If you have one to eight students who wish to participate as observers, they should be assigned to one or two countries. You will need to pay country fees for "observer countries", but you will not be required to pay delegate fees for students participating as observers. Observers will be allowed to sit in the committee, council, and General Assembly sessions, but they will not be allowed "voting rights" under any circumstances on substantive matters.

Pages
Will you be sending pages to the conference?
If yes, how many pages do you anticipate sending to the conference?
Notes: We recommend, although it is not mandatory, that all participating high schools send at least one page for each country assignment. Pages may be 8th or 9th graders (students in the 10th grade or higher should participate as delegates or observers to the conference). There are no fees for pages. Pages will be awarded a certificate for their participation in the conference.

Notes: You are only required to include the country fees with this registration form. You may pay the delegate fees on the first day of the conference or any day prior to the conference if you so choose. Please remember to register and pay your country fees by the deadline of October 1st.  If the fees for requested country assignments have not been paid by the deadline of October 1st, those country assignments will not be guaranteed and may then be requested by other high schools. Additional countries may be requested anytime after October 1st; however, another registration form should be completed and sent to AMUN. Country and delegate fees are generally not refundable once they have been paid to AMUN.
