The Catholic Campus Ministry is an extension of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Conway.  Father Tom Byrne is our Pastor.

 We have a unique mission and commitment to the Students, Faculty, and Staff of the University of Central Arkansas and Hendrix College.

Our mission is to provide a source of guidance, spiritual growth, and awareness of our Roman Catholic identity; a challenge to Christian service; and worship of God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We encourage each other to accept the Eucharist, the Body and Blood of our Lord, as the center of our lives.

 Recognizing the diverse backgrounds and interests of students at Hendrix and UCA, it is important to understand that as Catholic Christians, we are all members of the Body of Christ.  Even though we may be students (faculty and staff) from different campuses, we need to adhere to St. Paul’s teaching in Galatians 3,8: “There does not exist among you Jew or Greek, slave or free, male or female,” (or Hendrix or UCA).  “All are one in Christ Jesus.”
