Program Handbooks and Policies
For our consortium program, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences serves as the host institution. This means that they are the official record holder of transcripts, manage applications to our program through their graduate school, and we follow their Graduate Student Handbook and Graduate Catalog. Individual program policies may differ from those stated in the UAMS Graduate Catalog or Handbook. Consortium programs have a handbook entitled “Joint Program Handbook.” Additionally, the Communication Sciences and Disorders Doctoral Program Consortium has several policies specific to the program: Retention and Probation, and Leave of Absence. All Students will receive the UAMS Graduate Handbook, Graduate Catalog, the Joint Program Handbook, and the CSDDPS policies. Links are provided below.
