The minutes of the meeting are kept by the VP of Operations and are a record of what happens during full senate meetings. This includes voting records, absences, and tardies.
One member from each committee must report to full Senate every time the committee meets and inform the Senate of the progress of the committee projects. Committee heads should contact the VP of Operations so they will be placed on the agenda when they need to speak.
