Council Bluffs (Omaha metro area) – Full time in skilled nursing facilities.
Harlan(west central Iowa) – Rehab Director - full time skilled nursing position based in Harlan. Some responsibilities in Audubon and Earling facilities. Skilled nursing experience required and Rehab Director experience preferred.
Kalona (south of Iowa City) – PRN day time hours in a skilled nursing facility.
Red Oak and Villisca (southeast of Council Bluffs) – Full time, part time, or PRN position in skilled nursing facilities. Full time position would include some inpatient practice.
Stuart and Winterset (west of Des Moines) – 30 hrs per week with full benefit package in skilled nursing also includes some outpatient practice.
KANSAS
