The Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) is a position where the Occupational Therapist would be working hand in hand with other professionals (i.e. Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and other Occupational Therapists) in the care of patients in an outpatient clinic. Comprehensive Rehab specializes in pediatrics, but also sees adults (i.e. about 80% pediatrics for Occupational Therapists). We believe and practice the interdisciplinary approach so wanting to work on a team is a must. Our client’s company is growing and has needs for Occupational Therapists in two of their clinics to meet the needs of the communities they are in.

 

Overview

Our client’s staff enjoys a working schedule of 8:30-5:30 M-Th and 8:30-12:30 on Fridays with no weekends, no holidays, competitive wages, guaranteed hours, and great benefits.

They not only care about our patients, but also our therapists. We strive to keep productivities between 60 to 80 percent as to not burn out our therapists. To prove this, there are wage incentives if you exceed 80%+ productivity in a week. Qualifications

Occupational Therapy Degree with current state licensure is required.

5 years experience in pediatrics, a passion for patient care, and a team player with leadership experience.

Candidates must successfully complete a background security investigation before you can be appointed into this position.

Candidates must pass a pre-employment medical examination.

Client would prefer either current US Citizens or Green Card holders. Client will sponsor a working visa for qualifying candidates.
