Joseph Cangelosi
Dr. Joe Cangelosi is a Professor of Marketing and Associate Dean at the University of Central Arkansas. He earned his Doctorate of Business Administration in Marketing in 1985. He is a accomplished author, publishing in a variety of publications, including journals, referred proceedings and newspapers over his 25 year tenure as a professor of marketing. He has served as a department chair of Marketing, Management and Information Systems, where he facilitated departmental, faculty and student enrollment growth as well as area business collaboration. He has successfully negotiated numerous grants for marketing research. As well, he has broad range of experience in marketing including consulting, committee work, professional executive development programs, extension and public service activities, professional development workshops, and marketing research, curriculum development and national textbook review. |

Lisa Carver
Lisa Carver is the President of Moxie Consulting Inc., a human resources consulting business based in Little Rock, AR. Lisa has designed and facilitated employee development programs since 1988. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from UCA and her Master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University. She recently completed her first year of law school at the UALR Bowen School of Law. Lisa has a broad range of employee development experience. She has worked with various levels of employees including front line and elected officials and with small to Fortune 100 companies. Lisa also teaches online courses for Pulaski Technical College. She is a certified facilitator for several FranklinCovey training topics and the Achieve Global menu of topics. |

Douglas K Isanhart
Doug Isanhart has been a member of the UCA College of Business Management Department since 2001. He earned his MBA from UCA following a long and successful management career with a world class, Fortune 500 enterprise. Doug has extensive, hands-on experience in all areas of manufacturing and operations management including HRM, Productivity Improvement, Waste Reduction, Absentee and Turnover Reduction, Incentive Plans, Problem Solving, and Continuous Improvement. He works with individual employers to customize training to meet their needs, leads open enrollment workshops, and is available for consulting. Currently, Doug teaches Operations Management, Labor Relations, Continuous Improvement and Logistics at UCA. He is also available to perform independent, confidential HR investigations. |

Phillip W Spivey
Phillip Spivey is Lecturer II of Philosophy and Religion in the UCA Department of Philosophy and Religion (1997-Present). He has a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion (Hendrix College, 1993), M.A. in Religious Studies (University of Kansas, 1995), and M.L.A. in Social Science (Arkansas Tech University, 2000). His areas of specialization are World Religions, Judaic Studies, Ethics, and History of Western Philosophy. Phillip Spivey is co-editor of the ethics textbook, Contemporary Moral Problems (Kendall/Hunt Publishing Co., 2003). He has taught at UACC – Morrilton, Hendrix College, and Arkansas Governor’s School. |

Charlotte Strickland
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Charlotte Strickland earned a Business degree from the University of Central Arkansas and a Masters degree in Higher Education from the University of South Carolina. For over twenty years, Charlotte has worked in Higher Education coordinating Orientation, Ethics and Leadership academic courses, Greek training, and Leadership training seminars. In 1989, Charlotte was invited to join the company, Designs for Development, specializing in training student leaders. She traveled across the country working with students and university employees. In 2002, Charlotte founded her own company, Strickly Speaking. In addition to college campuses, her audiences now include churches, civic groups, state/federal agencies, and corporations. Charlotte currently serves as University Trainer at the University of Central Arkansas. She provides campus-wide training on subjects such as Diversity, Customer Service, Sexual Harassment and Leadership. |
