Make your gift count by designating it for the area of greatest interest to you or leave your gift unrestricted (Psychology and Counseling Excellence Fund). Whichever fund you give to, you can be sure that 100 percent of your gift will provide important support for Psychology and Counseling students and faculty.  Your contribution, no matter how small ($25, $50, $100) makes a difference.

Psychology and Counseling Excellence Fund (unrestricted):

Provide funding to assist with areas of greatest need in the department. Examples could be seminar programs to enable visits by leading scholars, operation of the Psychology & Counseling Training Clinic (PCTC), research supplies, graduate assistantships, student and faculty travel to conferences, etc.

Psychological Society (formerly Psychology Club) and Psi Chi International Honor Society:

These student organizations support student research, student travel to conferences, student seminars with guest speakers, student philanthropic projects, and student social networking. Funds will be used to support all of these endeavors.

Richard Allen Scott Scholarship Fund:

Richard Scott was a beloved instructor in our department in the 1990s. He died suddenly in the spring of 1997 following surgery. Mr. Scott was loved and respected by students and colleagues. In his honor, each year we solicit applications for the "Outstanding Psychology Student" award. The student who is selected receives a cash award to help them further their education. You can help support our best undergraduate students!

School Psychology Program Fund:

Provide support for the School Psychology and Counseling Psychology Emphasis graduate programs. Examples: student research and travel, program development, research associates, faculty research and professional development, etc.
