PhD in Physical Therapy Degree: If you already have Physical Therapist (MS,MA,or MPT) credentials and are licensed to practice in the United States.

Post-Professional (transitional) DPT Degree: If you already have Physical Therapist (MS or MPT) credentials.  Enrollment is currently suspended as of 11-17-2008.
