How do Physical Therapists’ apply for admission to the Post-Professional DPT Program?

Step 1: Complete the following

• Department Application

• Application to the Graduate School

• Write a $25.00 check payable to the UCA Grad school
  (processing fee required for admission to the grad school)

Step 2: Have official transcript of ALL non-UCA coursework sent to the address below.

Step 3: Send all of the above to

Step 4: Take the GRE and have scores submitted to UCA

(Can register the 1st semester without the GRE but must have taken the GRE by the second semester)

How are students notified of acceptance into the post-professional program?

After approval of application to the program by the Coordinator of post-professional program and the department chair, then a letter will be sent to the graduate office asking that the student be admitted to the post-professional program.  The student’s application to the graduate school and check will be attached to this request.  The student will then receive notice from the graduate school of their acceptance.

How does the student enroll in coursework?

A meeting with the coordinator of the post-professional program is needed to assist the student in designing a program of study.
