Ticket Policies 2007-2008

Welcome to UCA Ticket Central, your ticketing headquarters at the University of Central Arkansas. UCA Ticket Central is located at the front of Reynolds Performance Hall, on the southeast corner of the campus, near AETN.

Season tickets, which save you 20% off of regular ticket prices, offer the best seats for either all 12 shows or 8 shows, you choose the shows and dates. Season ticket purchasers may retain their same seats from year to year. Season tickets remain on sale through September 30. Single tickets for shows in the 2007-2008 Season go on sale August 15. Contact or come by the box office for a free color brochure.

All persons entering a performance venue must have a ticket for the performance on that date. All tickets must be paid for in advance and are not exchangeable or refundable. Tickets may be picked up from Will Call during regular box office hours or one hour prior to curtain. Please contact the box office with any questions.

Tickets are available online for general public and senior citizens, at http://www.uca.edu/tickets Online ticketing is provided by Tickets.com, a very large and reputable company with a secure sales site. We accept VISA, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. Your seats will be selected for you, based on “best available” options.

Tickets purchased online within 7 days of the performance will be held for pickup at Will Call at the Reynolds Performance Hall box office, between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Tickets for performances/events in other venues on campus may be picked up one hour prior to the performance, at the venue.

We suggest that you arrive at the performance venue at least 30 minutes prior to curtain. Latecomer seating is at the discretion of the performance hall staff. Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable pause in the performance or they may be seated at the rear of the auditorium.

All venues on the UCA Campus are wheelchair accessible. Please alert the box office staff in advance when ordering disability seating or wheelchair seating. Please discuss “companion seating” when ordering handicapped seating.

For the enjoyment of all our patrons, children under the age of six are generally not allowed in Reynolds Performance Hall, unless they are attending a production specifically for children. All persons, including children, must have a ticket for all ticketed performances.
