Cayuse424 - Is a web-based application used to submit electronic proposals to NIH and other agencies through Grants.gov. It also has the capability of handling generic proposals for use in submitting to state, foundation, industry and other agencies. Some of the features and benefits of Cayuse424 are:

    * It allows you to download funding opportunities from Grants.gov

    * It displays the SF424 form set where users can "build" the application in an online, easy to use environment

    * It provides an autofill capability that eliminates the need to enter the data multiple times

    * It supplies Word templates that make it easy to create and upload the Research Plan into the application

    * It automatically tracks errors and provides users with the ability to correct them quickly and easily

    * It allows for electronic routing of proposals

    * It is PC & Mac compatible

    * It is easy to navigate between forms on the proposal

    * It stores proposal documents

    * It allows for tracking the proposal submission status

TIP: The CAYUSE424 system works best with the Mozilla Firefox web browser, however it will work with Internet Explorer but not as fast. Also, Cayuse will not work with the Safari browser used by Macs.
