ACT Residual: American College Test - Residual
Registration & Cost
This exam is intended for individuals who have missed the regular ACT exam given on national test dates. Scores resulting from Residual exams administered at UCA can be used for admission purposes at UCA only.
Scores can not be transferred to any other institution. Students ages 21 and older are not required to take the ACT exam for admission to UCA. Check with the UCA Admissions Office if you are unsure of your specific admission requirements.
The non-refundable fee for this exam is $40.00. To register, you must complete a registration form (download the PDF form here: form link) and return it, along with a $40 check or money order made payable to “UCA”, to:

Your registration form must arrive at the Testing Office at least five business days before the scheduled test date. On the day of the test, registered students must bring: acceptable ID (see www.actstudent.org), a calculator, and #2 lead pencils (mechanical pencils are not allowed).
A student will not be allowed to test without acceptable ID. If you decide to retest, you must wait at least 60 days between Residual exams. If you violate the 60-day waiting period, your retest score will be canceled and your fee will not be refunded.
If accommodations are warranted due to a disability, you must have a completed file with the UCA Office of Disability Support Services before a determination of possible accommodations can be made. Please refer to: http://www.uca.edu/disability/.

Students are advised to report to the test location (which will be listed on the confirmation sheet mailed to you upon advance receipt of your registration form and payment) at 11:30 a.m. in order to check in. The test will begin at 12:00 p.m. and should be concluded by 4:00 p.m.
