"Transforming the Teaching/Learning Process for Student Success" is the theme of UCA's five-year $1,756,528 federally funded grant authorized by PL 102-325 Higher Education Act of 1965, amended, under the Strengthening Institutions program. At the time that this grant was received effective October 1, 2003, it was the largest single grant awarded to the University of Central Arkansas.
