Sexual Harassment On-line training.
The University of Central Arkansas is the FIRST higher education institution in the state of Arkansas to utilize a comprehensive on-line technology-based training program, “Preventing Sexual Harassment.” The program covers all aspects of sexual harassment in an interactive instructional design that enables the learner to navigate the course material at his or her own pace and to choose topics according to specific interest or need to know. Employees/students are guided through the learning program and asked to complete a Mastery Test at the end of the instruction phase. Results of the Mastery Test are sent to the Office of Human Resources and the Office of University Training.
