Crafton Alumni Pavilion Request Form

The Alumni Pavilion may be available (if scheduling permits) for usage by UCA sponsored departments, organizations or groups (i.e. academic departments, student organizations, alumni association, etc.). The UCA Alumni Association has usage priority over all parties.
All requests must be reviewed and approved by the Director of Alumni Services. This is to insure that requests comply with University policies to avoid scheduling conflicts.
No facility usage fee will be charged provided the responsible party abides by the usage agreement contract. Should there be a need for lighting; a fee of $25.00 will be required prior to the scheduled date.
